[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide screenings and shop waste disposal services including container rental, pickup, delivery and hauling to disposal site of rubber and plastic products etc. for government authority located in Hollywood, FL.
(2) Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 20, 2016.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2016.
(4) Contract will be for period of two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
