[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency management mobile application development services using content management system that will rely on social sharing functions built into the iOS or android operating system, so additional sharing methods such as Instagram may be made available as and when they are made available via the operating system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2016.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 18, 2016.
