[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits and broker of record consulting services for market analysis, trends, contract and statute interpretation, affordable care to the government authority located in Viera, FL.
(2) A non mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 19, 2016.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 20, 2016.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
