(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services for validity of the bond offering, the security for the offering and extent, interest is exempt from income and other taxation, legal opinion to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 8, 2016.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
