[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility tracking software to track pertinent information contained within utility bills, including account number, service address, charges, usage, taxes, and other customer billing details and import multiple electric meter channels including kilovolt ampere reactance, kilowatt demand, power factor, current and voltage.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2016.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on December 13, 2016.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
