[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public housing answering service for inbound calls during Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8 AM and Friday through Monday from 5:00 PM to 8 AM and for Saturday and Sunday 24 hours.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2017.
(3) Approximate volume will be 800 calls per month.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
