[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide direct marketing services for application generation and enhanced student search for development and execution of strategic recruitment program to increase undergraduate student enrollment.
(2) Mandatory pre-bid conference and Site Visit will be held on March 16, 2017.
(3) Contract will be for the period of three years.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2017.
