[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing services for e-learning to create and manage a marketing strategy, design, direct and track social media campaign including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. for distance learning programs, manage all digital display advertising including Google, mobile and social applications promoting our undergraduate and graduate level distance learning programs.
(2) All questions must be submitted via email no later than on March 22, 2017.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
