[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide group medical plan administration and health management services for demonstrates a successful track record of managing claims and Medicare including behavioral health, flexible spending account administration, COBRA administration and incentive plan administration.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 7, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
