[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and creative services for campaign planning, media negotiation and buying, media placement, development of advertising creative for campaign initiatives and evaluation of return on investment of advertising.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on May 23, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 30, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
