[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager service to work with the design consultant and architect and the city during the course of design and advise the city of the constructability of the design, provide value engineering of the design consultant documents, provide periodic cost estimates as referenced in the preconstruction services agreement, to check the quality of the documents and advise the city of the most efficient and economical ways to build the project pursuant to the city’s goals and objectives for the project to the government authority located in Miami, FL.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2017.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-qualification conference will be held on June 14, 2017.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
