[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation claims administration services for medical bill review, Medicare, third party administrator to handle the claims.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on June 22, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
