(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel and disclosure counsel services to structure county bond issues and other county debt-related transactions including derivative rate hedge instruments, bank loans, interest rate swaps, forward delivery products to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.

(3) Contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
