[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting system to accounting records and provides agency management with a budgetary check mechanism, budget preparation, financial reporting, accounts payable, allocation management, fixed asset accounting, implementation, training and support.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
