(1) Vendor needs to provide independent benefits consulting services including health insurance options, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, dental insurance and other supplemental insurance products for state employees and retirees, COBRA participants, and covered spouses and children to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
