[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound call center services for loss and claims inquiry calls from 24x7x365, basic support call for 8 am to 5.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, specialized support call for 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday, catastrophic response calls on an as needed basis upon 72- hours’ notice.
(3) An approximate call volume has been 886,504 calls in 2016, 1,349,215 calls in 2015 and 1,354,875 in 2014.
(4) A pre-bid conference will be held on August 23, 2017.
(5) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2017.
(6) A contract term should be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
