[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed information technology and services including, but not be limited to, network support, security, networking, unlimited on-site and remote support for all servers, workstations, network peripherals, software, hardware etc. and develop and maintain documentation of both physical and logical networks, servers and service applications, implement and maintain data backup and file recovery and implement and maintain anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spyware to the government authority located in Casselberry, FL.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 7, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
