[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services for to supply real estate services for select properties as outlined herein and additional properties that may come available for sale, prepare informational materials and attend scheduled meetings, report monthly to the executive planner about current new efforts, contacts and leads and other developments, real estate market surveys and economic analyses, prepare estimates of property value, develop marketing timelines, assess property sale opportunities, develop strategies for sale of selected properties, distribute advertising and other marketing materials including internet exposure, signs, alternate trade publication strategies, etc., structure real estate transaction to the government authority located in Bradenton, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
