[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Video Production Equipment for video switcher, character generation and graphics overlay, video playback, video recording, media asset manager, and story management to a broadcast television program distributable both over the air and as digital media , video switcher allows for vision mixing of multiple sources into one program presentation , generator allows for real time text and graphic information on the screen, Video playback and recording allow for both the insertion of video files and recording of the video switcher outputs , media asset manager allows for video and audio file storage and retrieval, allow for related story data to be linked to the corresponding video and audio assets maintaining searching capabilities to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2017.
