(1) A vendor needs to provide general planning consultant services on an as required basis including route corridor and service planning, ridership analysis and forecasting, financial analysis, capital projects planning and programming, federal transit grant administration and compliance support, operational performance monitoring etc to the government authority located in Bradenton, FL.
