[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing processing services for design a utility bill statement and prototypes of the billing statement and envelopes, ability to accept daily bill files, able to track all jobs and files throughout the production process, ability to view and approve sample bills online and update bill messages and bill inserts on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in Lauderhill, FL.
(2) Approximately production and mailing of 12,000 utility bills per month.
(3) All questions had been submitted no later than November 1, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
