[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental engineering firm or a firm that provides coastal consulting services to assist in coastal management program including developing and managing contracts, design engineering program budgeting and developing permits to nourish beaches with specific experience directing and managing all aspects of beach nourishment construction and post-construction monitoring to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.
(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than November 3, 2017.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
