[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance systems for the installation and service of video surveillance systems as well as associated cabling, hardware and pathways, cameras, digital video recorders, network video recorders, VMS software, client software, cabling, equipment racks, conduits, cable support devices, fire-stopping, surge protection and grounding bonding systems to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL.
(2) A not mandatory but encouraged to attend and participate pre-bid conference and walk through will be held on December 19, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than December 22, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for two years.
