[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic bill and payment processing for utility billing including major credit and debit card processing, electronic check processing, customer communications platform, automated paperless enrolment and print program and recurring automatic payments etc. to the government authority located in Plant City, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 29, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
