[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide energy utility billing management software that is capable of tracking, reporting, managing and archiving energy use, savings and issues, such as bill anomalies, changes in usage, or changes in billing programs from energy utility providers within the city.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 19, 2018.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting was held on December 22, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
