[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound and outbound call center and telephone answering service from Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 24 hours per day on Saturdays, Sundays and designated holidays.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 7,000 calls.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
