(1) Vendor needs to provide wide area network and internet services for able to support the current IP addressing scheme, customer premise monitoring, and capacity utilization reports accessible, application servers and allows for centralized control and filtered internet access for telecommunications, internet access and internal connections to eligible schools and libraries to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.
