[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide closed captioning services for commission meetings and the second budget hearing, utilizing real-time steno-captioning hardware, two analog telephone lines and a captioning encoder, one of the phone lines for the sound track feed to captioner to receive the audio, and the other phone line is for the return feed of the captioning transmission.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 16, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
