(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic records and practice management system to prevalent information technology challenges including clinical decision support, facilitating patient care and engagement, cyber security, interoperability, population health, medical billing, revenue cycle management, value-based reimbursement along with governmental and healthcare industry mandates.
