[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency management sign language interpreting consultant services for emergency management operation, communicating with deaf and hard of hearing, blind and deaf-blind population.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide simultaneous translation services from spoken English into American Sign Language and from American Sign Language into spoken English
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 15, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
