[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide used helicopter evaluation and purchase consultant services for review and evaluate potential aircraft for purchase, make recommendation of purchase of used aircraft, availability by phone, in person, and to travel to various locations to review potential aircraft or facilitate purchase to the government authority located in Deland, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 28, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
