[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional coding services to be utilized on an ongoing basis to perform the functions like medical record coding, abstracting and data entry including inpatient professional coding, outpatient evaluation and management, urgent care records, psychiatric, wound, family medicine, neurosurgery, paediatrics, etc., medical record quality review for inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory and physician records, including compilation of data and final report, provide educational services to future employees and providers, ability to transition coding services in-house to health, coding quality review and appropriate identification for all employees.
(2) All the questions had been due on February 9, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
