[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health reimbursement account administrative services for flexible spending account and health savings account program, administered by third-party subcontractor, life insurance, dental insurance, and other supplemental insurance, employees and retirees, COBRA enrollees and covered spouses and children, self-funded, with medical benefits administered by single third-party administrator, credited to the enrollee’s health savings account.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 13, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
