Vendor needs to provide enterprise communications platform services for VoIP system must support features such as voicemail to email, fax to email and vice versa, support for soft phones, web interface configuration, virtual conference rooms, call recording, least cost routing, extension roaming, PBX interconnection, customer relationship management, distributed dial plans, Bluetooth support, and other advanced features commonly found in IP-based enterprise phone systems today with the ability to upgrade software without hardware replacement.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
