[A] Budget: 63,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community based social marketing consulting services including research, planning, development, and implementation of a community based social marketing campaign, develop and implement the specific messaging of the campaign based on the results of initial research, design a campaign strategy and develop the campaign messaging, ad campaign that utilizes social media, targeted web advertisements, web page links, tv, radio, and print advertisements, educational materials for distribution at community events and in utility bills, signage, and potentially vehicle wraps, design a campaign strategy, develop campaign messaging and materials for advertising media including printed materials, website content, and PSAS, Media buys and materials are budgeted separately, strategy and messaging, and adapt the campaign as needed.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 2, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
