[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide social media marketing and video production services for ongoing public relations and economic development efforts.
▪ Video Production: The Consultant will provide personnel and equipment necessary to produce high quality photo and video content.
▪ Branding: The Consultant will work with the city to strengthen branding efforts. This will include marketing strategy for recruitment of businesses and engaging community members in conversations about community, lifestyle, neighborhood improvements, policy changes,etc.
▪ Storytelling: The Consultant will generate multiple digital media campaigns through video, social media and web presence to facilitate ‘public engagement’ where members of the public are provided insight into the city’s programs, facilities, resources, etc.
▪ Social Media: The Consultant will develop and execute strategies to grow the City of Palm Bay’s reach on social media among targeted audiences within the City of Palm Bay and at large.
▪ Public Outreach: The Consultant will develop and implement a strategy for distributing stories to mass and social media outlets.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 28, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 3, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
Budget :
