(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services including general cleaning duties, such as dusting, cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, dusting furniture, walls, machines and equipment and emptying waste receptacles to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 10, 2018.
(3) A mandatory site visit will be held on April 3, 2018 and April 4, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
