[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated mental health substance abuse evaluation and treatment services including diagnostic mental health evaluation, relevant family background information, history of physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, witnessing violence, domestic violence, or other forms of trauma, current life situation and sources of stress, diagnoses, psychiatric inpatient admissions, developmental disabilities, retentions, special needs status, current grade level, academic performance, attendance and behaviour ,etc.to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.
(2) A conference call will be held on March 27, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
