[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation insurance and third-party administrator services for medical case management as needed on all valid workers compensation claims including all cases involving restricted or different duty releases, lost time greater than three days, coordination of medical treatment, in-patient hospitalization, etc. for claimants covered under workers compensation plan.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than April 16, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
