[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide E-payroll debit card services to eliminate the costs of printing and distributing physical checks and simplify the payroll process while minimizing activities that add to the cost of distributing wages and salaries to employees, provide and coordinate for the distribution of the initial supply of approximately 300 payroll debit cards which are unloaded and numbered, provide two on-site training sessions for staff, payroll debit card shall be reusable by payroll debit card program participants and re-loadable, provide options for customer service, etc. to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 10, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
