[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual services including screens, projectors, and all other elements associated with screens, three mic podiums for main stage, eight standing mics for choir and audio monitors for stage guests to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 29, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
