Vendor needs to provide search and rescue incident management or planning software for ability to attach emails, files, pictures and other data to a specific incident for historical purposes, search planning tool for aviation will allow allocation of resources depending on type of aircraft involved in the search, allow controllers to input known information and develop a search area plan to include probabilities containment, detection and success and able to store transferrable historical data.
