[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide smartphone mobile application available both IOS Android
devices including specification
-  Provide a venue dashboard which includes menu item management, automated menu
   programming and accounting and downloadable CSV files
-  Ability to locate guests by GPS or other technology and direct them to hotel/restaurants
    authorized to provide service
-  Ability to process orders without integrating to POS and to take mobile payments.
-  Ability to locate customer by GPS or other technology to allow accurate, efficient and timely
    Delivery
(2) All question must be submitted no letter then April 18, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
