[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health technician services to perform medication administration, administer minor first aid, assist with diabetes management, communicate with registered nurse, utilize community contacts for additional resources, bill for medicaid eligible students, provide diabetic care, teaching, and training, develop, implement, and assist with student specific health care plans for all pre-kindergarten students to the government authority located in Milton, FL.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 17, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
