[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide general engineering consultant services include a system plan, an operating plan, a capital plan and a financial plan with a wide range of system engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, transportation planning, transportation financial planning , land planning and development, architectural and related services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting and site tour will be held on February 4, 2016.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
