[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach consulting services to assist in identifying target market, collaborate with appointed staff to make recommendations on enhancing perceptions in a positive manner in targeted market, execute outreach in the county community by targeting community-based organizations through personal meetings with stake-holders, identify collateral display opportunities that maximize health’s visibility and work closely with the marketing team to develop collaterals as needed, provide input for communications, marketing and outreach materials for targeted audiences, maintain a calendar of events, identify opportunities for collateral placement, i.e. branding meeting announcements, program advertisements, etc. collateral to be provided by marketing, staff and provide materials for events, identify opportunities at community events, represent, manage and support health events, conduct presentations on behalf as needed, content and follow media policies when attending events and serving as liaisons within the community; understand and comply with all marketing and social media policies.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 16, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
