[A] Budget: Up to 35,000.00 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing services to
- Digital marketing emphasis;
- Copy writing;
- Digital execution must be in line with current advertising campaign. Updates and changes will be made based on market needs and ad effectiveness;
- Integrated marketing recommendations for an specific demographic;
- Market research and analysis;
- Advertising and collateral copywriting – to include English and Spanish;
- Script writing for specific programs;
- Reconcile media invoices and provide timely reports on media effectiveness;
- Bi-weekly meetings by phone or Skype to discuss project progress.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 16, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 25, 2018.
(4) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
