[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide dependent eligibility audit services to receive benefits through the Town’s health insurance plans, conducted for all active and retiree members of the plan,
- Provide Town staff with audit process guide outlining materials, information and Town staff involvement required for the audit
- Produce and manage mailings through all phases of the project
- Produce and manage reminder notices/mailings to all members who have not provided the information during the initial mailing phase
- Provide Call Center with hours of operations outside the Town’s normal hours, for those members with questions concerning mailing and follow up correspondence. Town normal business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays
- ability for members to submit required documents directly to vendor without Town staff involvement. Secured web portal access is preferred to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, FL.
