claims usage, a rolling average of claims, utilization reporting, and quarterly high claims reports for
claims to the government authority located in Winter Springs, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than April 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
