[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide homeowner, education and counseling services for marketing and community outreach at the neighbourhood level, conduct an intake session to establish a financial and educational path to homeownership; understanding their rights and what is necessary to take the first step, provide pre-purchase counseling following the homeownership education course to discuss one-on-one any questions regarding the coursework completed in the workshop and provide foreclosure prevention and intervention counseling to the government authority located in St. Petersburg, FL.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 1, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 24, 2018.
(4) Contract term will be three years.
